Remco Jansen is chef de cuisine at Coperto Restobar. At a young age Remco knew that he belongs in the kitchen. After showing his cooking skills at various restaurants, including Bib Gourmand restaurant Intens in Voorst, Remco took on a new challenge as chef de cuisine at Coperto Restobar, where he has been working since the opening in November 2017.

With his blog, he shares seasonal trends, cooking tips, tasty recipes and more. Remco is happy to take you into his culinary world.
